XAZAR DENİZ SERVICE LLC carries out hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests both in the field and in the laboratory, taking into account international standards, legislation, and customer requirements for various components. Pressure tests are carried out using a pressurized substance (either water, air, or inert gas) to check the resistance, integrity, and strength of test specimens against pressure. These tests ensure that the sample meets the requirements without leakage, deformation, destructive failure, and disintegration.
The following pressure tests are carried out by XAZAR DENİZ SERVIS LLC:
– Pressure relief valves and pressure safety valves
– Flow control valves
– Metal pipes and hydraulic and pneumatic systems equipped with metal pipes and connectors
– Single and assembled pipe sections with flanges and without flanges, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems equipped with them
– Hydraulic accumulators and metal containers (cylinders, tanks)
– Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, pumps, motors, and compressors
