XDS operates from a single 5,000 m² fabrication base in Baku, Azerbaijan — built for self-performed delivery. The site combines a fabrication workshop with overhead cranes, a precision machining shop, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited testing & calibration laboratory, a hydraulic & PSV test bench, a process skid yard and a warehouse — all under one QHSE management system.
Concentrating the operation on one site means projects flow through a single quality system. Pre-fabricated spools, machined components, calibrated instruments and freshly painted assemblies are tracked from raw material through final dispatch under one inspection-and-test plan.
Mobile crews and a 20-foot mobile test container extend our reach to client sites onshore and offshore across the Caspian region — without losing the central record-keeping and quality control of the Baku base.
