Quality at XDS isn't a separate function — it runs through every engineering, fabrication and field operation. Our ISO 9001:2015-certified management system is integrated with HSE and environmental management under a single set of procedures, audits and continuous-improvement cycles.
Every project ships with documented evidence: inspection-and-test plans (ITPs), weld maps and welder qualification records, NDT records, non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective-action tracking, plus the closeout dossier with as-builts, vendor data books and certification.
External assurance is provided by Intertek (UKAS-accredited) for ISO 9001 surveillance and by AZAK for the calibration laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025.
